Full Color Brochures – Our full-time marketing department and graphic artist creates a full color brochure on every property we list for sale. These are left at the property for prospective buyers and mailed to our Buyer Network. They are also sent to our complete equestrian mailing list that consists of horse trainers, horse farm owners, tack shops,  veterinarians ,equestrian businesses and equestrian clubs.

Computerized MatchMaker System - Our team compiles lists of hundreds of buyers who call into our office from our 800 number, free information give-a-ways, color brochures and advertising. We categorize these buyers by what they are looking for and run a computer match to match your home  or farm against those buyers looking for something similar.

The Internet - We place our properties for sale on the Internet in are linked to more than 2300 locations. We promise to market ourselves so people find the website, www.wesellhorsefarms.com. At present, there are more than 30+ websites in which we can post ads for a horse farm or equestrian facility for sale.

With the success of being an equine specialist, Marylee has added a network of qualified equine agents to help cover the demand of her services in more than twelve counties.

Referral Partners - Often one of the best sources of buyers are referrals from top agents. Marylee has set up and continues to add to her list of other agents and birddogs who gather the names of potential buyers.
