Custom Built Thoroughbred and Standardbred Farms in Pennsylvania
Helping You Break Straight From the Gate in Pennsylvania

Oak Hill Farm Development exists to aid racehorse breeders in taking advantage of the excellent breeders programs established in the state of Pennsylvania. Since thoroughbred mares must foal in the state and the foals then must live here in PA for an established period of time there is an increased need for quality horse farms. The established farms in the state were designed for cattle and crops. Some have been retro-fitted for horses but very few meet the standards of thoroughbred or standardbred breeders. Very few, if any, contain the feel and look of a professional thoroughbred horse farm.
Oak Hill Farm Development custom builds farms for racehorses. We are establishing a community of horse farms by purchasing premium properties and building the farm based on the custom specs of our demanding customers. The Western side of Pennsylvania was chosen because it is nearly four hours closer to Kentucky and the land prices of this beautiful area are less than the Eastern side of the state.
The process is simple. We have already found the best builders and subcontractors in the area. We have already researched the best laying lands in Western PA with good access to major highways. You choose your barn style, the façade, stall doors, outbuildings, gate, fencing layout and a home if needed. We build it. We handle the headaches. We sweat the details. When it is done you move your mares or stallions to Pennsylvania and start taking advantage of the lucrative incentives.
