Oak Hill Farm Development will do a custom build-out of your farm. There are two ways to do this. You can bring us your designs and our builders will build to your specs and design. The other way, and the one most customers choose, is to select from our collection of designs. Once the selections are made our farm design consultants will price your custom build. After a price is settled upon the details of financing are worked out.Oak Hill works from a draw pay loan known as a construction loan. As each stage is finished, an inspector from your lending institution reviews the work standards and then releases a draw pay upon approval.

Once the project is finished and final work inspections are made, the final payment is released and the farm is ready for your horses.
