It is Oak Hill’s intention to recreate the majestic and historic feel of Lexington, KY and other great horse area. We will use black, four plank fencing unless the customer chooses another style. The paddock layouts are at the customer’s discretion. Our farm design consultant is willing to advise but the final decision is the customer’s.
