The staturesque horses pulled the wagon through Rose Bowl parades, the Calgary Stampede and numerous state fairs for more than two decades. It was a sad loss for everyone when Heinz had to cut this wonderful program. Today though you can lease the barn that board these magnificent horses. The barn features sliding doors on both ends for excellent ventilation, 14 12X12 box stalls made from 2X8 oak planks. There are an additional 4 7X12 tie stalls. The center aisle of the barn is concrete for easy cleaning. For you comfort and convenience there is a heated room with a washer, dryer and refrigerator in it. All electric is hard wired. In addition there is a large enclosed area for sawdust storage and anautomatic grain/feed holder that distributes grain into a large contained area.

Along with the barn, 2 turn-out paddocks will be leased. One paddock is 5 acres divided by a pipe gate. The other paddock is 1.5 acres. A run-in shed is in one of the paddocks. Access to the property and barn is from two roads. You can enter from Rt 231 or from Rt 844. Premium hay is available at a discounted rate to the tenant. City water services this property.
